Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, but please note the venue is located down a dirt road with limited space. We kindly ask guests to carpool if possible to help with traffic and parking. There will be signs directing guests to the venue and where to park.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is Texas Wedding Attire! Think nice boots, nice hats (felt or straw depending on the weather), breathable fabrics, and layers. The ceremony is outdoors on grass so we do not recommend high heels.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire event will be held outdoors, so come prepared for the weather. There will be nice portable restrooms as well as a cabin if guests need a break from the outdoors.

What is the weather like in December in Texas?

Answer

Unpredictable! It could be 80 degrees and sunny or 40 egress and breezy. Please dress in layers and bring a jacket just in case. We will have heaters just in case. Check the weather frequently before traveling.

Are kids welcome?

Yes, of course! We love little ones but we also understand if you want to hire a babysitter for the evening.

What are some good places to eat in the area?

Answer

Food is a necessity and we have lots of good places near us. We’ve listed some suggestions depending on what you are in the mood for. All restaurants listed are in Seguin but New Braunfels and San Marcos have some great food to offer.
