There will be one shuttle departing from the hotel at 4:30pm and arriving at the venue around 5:00pm. This will be the only shuttle departing from the hotel to the venue, so please be on time! At the end of the night, we will have two shuttle trips back to the hotel. The first will leave the venue at 10:15pm, and the last shuttle will leave the venue at 11:15pm. Please plan your transportation accordingly!
Our venue has plenty of free on-site parking available for anyone to use. If you are staying at our designated hotel, then there will be a free shuttle.
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim!
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be silenced and put away. We want everyone to be fully present with us for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures, which we will gladly share with you! Once the ceremony is over, please feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like!
As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to make this an adults only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! Thank you for understanding!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your official invitation. Thank you for understanding and feel free to reach out with any questions regarding guests!
