Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 2:45 in order to comfortably find a seat before our ceremony begins.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal. For women, this means tea length, ankle length, or full length dresses in a formal fabric. For men, this means a suit and tie.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please note any allergies on your RSVP so that we can let the venue know.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony parking is available directly next to the church. It is a paid lot, but the first two hours are free. Complimentary valet is available for the reception.

Question

What should we do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be a gap between the ceremony and reception. There is plenty to do in downtown Birmingham! Here are some of our favorites: Grab a sweet treat and coffee at Bakehouse 46, Birmingham Roast, or Cafe Origins. Enjoy light bites and a drink at Sidecar Slider Bar, Employee Meal/Market North End, Dick O’Dow’s, or Tallulah Wine Bar. There are also some great spots in nearby Royal Oak. We are happy to provide you with more recommendations if you need them, just let us know!
