What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:30 PM so please plan to be there around 5 PM to accommodate for parking and getting seated.

Is the ceremony indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors with a reception to follow that is under a covered pavilion. Fans will be provided at the ceremony. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved under the covered pavilion.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is summer semi-formal—dressy but breathable. Dress shirts and slacks for men; midi or floor length dresses for women. Bright colors, pastels and floral patterns are encouraged.

Can I bring my children or a plus one?

Answer

Any plus ones or children are listed on the invitation and can be seen when you RSVP. Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Where should I park?

Answer

There are two gravel parking areas that are clearly located at the front of the venue when you pull in. There is also an additional grass overflow parking area if necessary.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

There will a cocktail hour following the ceremony where light appetizers will be served. Following this, there will be a buffet style dinner where you will make your own plate. (Certain options from the buffet will be gluten or dairy free).

What kind of drinks will be served?

Answer

Sweet/Unsweet tea and water will be served. No alcoholic beverages will be available.

Where is the couple registered?

Answer

We are registered on the Zola website. You can click the registry tab and view all the items listed. You have the option to ship to your address or to our address that is linked to the registry.

How do I RSVP and when is the RSVP due date?

Answer

You can RSVP through the Zola website once you receive your invitation. You can click on the RSVP tab and RSVP for those listed on the invitation. Please RSVP by June 6th so that we can ensure we have accurate numbers!
