We're getting married!

In December 2017, we had planned a trip to Asheville, NC with some of my pharmacy school friends. However, a snowstorm and a stomach bug kept us from making the trip so we re-scheduled for October 2018. Upon arrival, I had asked all of my friends not to say anything to Danny about proposing since that was always a topic of conversation and I didn't want to put a damper on his weekend with all of the questions. We woke up Saturday morning, had breakfast, and began getting ready for our day at the Biltmore. For a split second, I looked at Danny's pockets before leaving to see if there was anything in them. Needless to say, his pockets were empty and that was the last I thought about a possible proposal. We had a great day at the Biltmore and even with Sammy being the little paparazzi that she was, I didn't have any idea what was coming. We finished our day with a tasting at the winery. Although I was ready to go meet up with some friends in downtown Asheville, Sammy insisted that we get one bottle and hang out in this really nice spot that Varun found outside of the winery. Again, I didn't think twice about it. While in the garden, everyone started taking pictures. It was our turn so we walked over and started getting our picture taken. Sammy and Varun, who knew what was getting ready to happen, requested that we do a fun picture. We held hands and jumped up in the air and next thing I knew Danny was on his knee proposing. I was shocked, the rest of my friends were so surprised, and I couldn't believe this moment was finally happening. It was all so perfect-- the location was perfect, the surprise was perfect, having my friends there was perfect. I was on cloud nine and wouldn't of wanted it any other way.
