The attire is semi-formal. Suits or jackets with ties for gentlemen and midi/cocktail dresses or elegant separates for the ladies. Please note that both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Given capacity limitations, we are only able to accommodate those specifically listed on the formal invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but our celebration will be an adults-only event. If you're traveling to Charlotte and need childcare, we're happy to connect you with a trusted local babysitter.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive at Little Church on the Lane by 3:40pm. This will give you ample time to find parking and be seated comfortably before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm. Please account for potential light afternoon traffic. Guests arriving after the ceremony has begun will be directed to seating in the Balcony, as the main doors will be closed once the ceremony begins.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, parking at the church is limited. Please do not park in the Chase parking lot, as unauthorized vehicles may be towed. Once the church lot is full, street parking is available on Moravian Lane. For the reception, there will be parking attendants onsite to direct guests to available parking lots at and near The Ruth.
