Our story is a true 21st century modern love tale. We met at a bar, and contrary to what Carly may tell you, there was a spark from the onset. We even have video proof! Fast forward through many dates around Philadelphia (dim sum, Italian market... mostly anything with great food) and that spark blossomed into something much more.

Even a worldwide pandemic could not stop this love story from marching forward. In September 2020, Dan took Carly for a long weekend getaway at a bed and breakfast in Cape May. While there, he took Carly to her favorite bay beach, where he proceeded to find an empty wine bottle hidden amongst the jetty's rocks. Carly was dumbfounded why Dan would pick up dirty trash, until she realized there was a message in the bottle... within seconds, Dan was on his knees, and one of the happiest memories in both of their lives was formed.
