How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please send the RSVP card you received in the mail back to us prior to November 23, 2021. Everyone invited as a single person is also welcome to bring a guest, please indicate this on your RSVP card and when booking a room. In addition to sending in your RSVP card, please book your room at the resort prior to November 23, 2021 by contacting David Mojica (contact information below).

When should I book my room?

Answer

November 23, 2021. We know this may seem early to book and not enough time to make plans before booking, but this is required by the resort.

Question

How do I book a room/use the block rate?

Answer

Please only book through Paolo's stepdad, David Mojica, who is acting as our travel agent. You must use our room block to book your room. He can be reached at 917-922-3182 or tbmholidays@gmail.com. Please reference the Bouchard/Gonzalez wedding. It is also possible to pay in installments. The group rate is guaranteed to be the lowest rate. If you find something lower, please let us or Dave know as he should be able to price match the lower rate. Let us know if you're looking at a single room rate and would like us to try to match you with a roommate (booking a double occupancy room is the most cost effective).

How long should I stay?

Answer

There is a 3 night minimum stay, but feel free to stay longer! We will be there from May 20 - May 27.

Do I have to stay at the resort?

Answer

For now, yes, due to COVID restrictions. If this changes, we will update this page.

How do I get to/from the resort?

Answer

The closest airport to the resort is Cancun International. Transfers to/from the airport and resort are available. Please inquire with David Mojica (contact information above).

Is travel insurance available?

Answer

Yes. if you are in purchasing optional travel insurance (for the resort or airfare), please contact David Mojica at 917-922-3182 or tbmholidays@gmail.com.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

This is a beach wedding so we want everyone to feel comfortable. No need for black tie or formal dresses. This is a fairly casual wedding. Just don’t dress like a slob (e.g. clean clothes, not wrinkled, etc)!

Does the resort have a dress code?

Answer

Some restaurants/bars may have a dress code. Be sure to pack closed-toe shoes, collared shirt (for men) and a pair of pants (or other alternative to shorts) just in case.

What additional COVID protocols are being followed at the resort?

The resort has free onsite COVID testing and has been following enhanced cleaning guidelines.
