Are children invited?

Answer

While we love all of your little ones, we kindly request no children on this night. We hope you can take the opportunity to enjoy a date night to celebrate with us!

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting summer formal dress code for the evening. This means bright summer colors, such as yellow, green, blue, pink and purple. Prints are welcome as well! Ladies are welcome to wear maxi or midi length dresses. For men, this means a suit or dress pants with a tie or bow tie. We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the venue- our ceremony is on grass, so please be mindful of footwear, as heels may sink into the grass easily. We kindly request that WOMEN do not wear black, red or ANY dark colors, and as always, no white or shades of white (ivory, cream, etc.) If you have any questions, please reach out to the bride.

Is there a dress code for the welcome party?

Please wear all white to the welcome party! For women, dresses and blouses/pants are encouraged! Men please wear a white button down or polo shirt. If you have any questions, please reach out to the bride.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both! Our ceremony will be on grass, in front of the beautiful bay. Cocktail hour to follow will also be outside, under a large tent as well as on the deck of the venue. The reception will be held inside the venue.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue and back. There is space for parking, but please utilize the transportation provided by us if you can!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you choose to drive yourself, please arrive to the venue no later than 4:00pm. There is adequate parking located in the front of the venue. As stated in the invitation, the ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 30, 2026. This will help us finalize all the details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day. Thank you!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

If you have dietary restrictions or allergies to certain foods, please note your restriction on your RSVP. We are unable to accommodate certain "diets", however, allergies (such as Celiac, peanut/tree nut, dairy) will be accommodated to our very best extent. It is important to note we are unable to accommodate every allergy for cocktail hour and dessert, please be mindful of this during these times.

What do I do if I cannot make it?

You will be missed! Please let us know by April 30, 2026 so we can plan accordingly, thank you!

What if I missed the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

We will miss your presence at our big day! Unfortunately we have a strict deadline with our vendors of April 30. If you missed the deadline, your RSVP was automatically counted as a "not attending".
