Shawn asked Sara to join his friend-cation to Puerto Rico. Shawn, being the romantic of the two, asked if he could escort Sara down the beach. As they walked down the beautiful sandy beach with the pristine water hand-in-hand, Shawn took Sara by the hands and asked her if she would like to be officially exclusive. Sara was nearly leaping with joy as she updated her Facebook status!

A family vacation to Universal Studios with the primary focus on the Harry Potter World. I had enlisted the help of Sara's best friend and Matron of Honor, Elyssa, to find the perfect ring. With the perfect ring and a Golden Snitch ring box, I called ahead to plan the proposal during our photo shoot at Shutter Buttons. Called three months prior and the day before only for them to forget. Photo Shoot was rushed through with no proposal and a ring burning a hole in my pocket. As the sun was setting, looking over the pond with Hogwarts in the background. I decided it was now or never. Cale (knowing all along) took photos as I got on one knee and asked this beautiful woman to be my bride. With the most beautiful smile, lit by the setting Florida Sun, she said "yes"! Unfortunately, the Harry Potter proposal fell through but the entire ordeal still remained magical.
