Teverick and Brianna met at their high school at the age of 17 and 15. Brianna entered the cafeteria, and as she walked past Teverick, he winks and says, "hey baby". Brianna looked at him in disgust (haha). However, his persistence finally won her over and the two became a couple.

After high school, they both attended college in Oklahoma, where they maintained a long distance relationship. During this time, they learned each other even more, and helped each other evolve personally. Teverick always had intentions of proposing once they both graduated, but life happened. Brianna went back to school to obtain her nursing degree. Knowing that her parents valued education, Teverick waited to take this next step in their relationship.

Once Brianna graduated in 2020, Teverick put his plan in motion! Over the next few months, he reached out to Brianna's parents, sister, and closest friends to plan the perfect engagement! Brittany, Brianna's sister, told her that she wanted to plan a photoshoot for her t-shirt line and she'd include Brianna and Teverick in the photoshoot. Of course Brianna had lots of questions when she learned that the photoshoot would only include her and Teverick, and that others would be included on another day. While Brianna changed outfits, she had no idea that their closest friends and family members were patiently waiting in the next room. The photographer led her to the next room, and there Teverick was, on one knee! He popped the question, and of course, she said yes! The two are so excited to see what their future holds, and can't wait to celebrate with all of their family and friends!
