Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one it will be noted on your invitation in order to RSVP.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Black-tie Optional. We ask our guests to dress your best! To our wonderful ladies, please avoid wearing Sage, Olive, or Gold as my beautiful bridesmaids will be in these colors.

Is smoking allowed?
Answer
Our venue has a strict no smoking rule. This applies to cigars, cigarettes & vapes.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please send your RSVPs by April 9, 2025 for our final guest count. If we do not receive your RSVP, we will assume you will not be attending.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love all the littles and children in our family and wish we could celebrate with all of them. At this time, only those in our wedding party and immediate family's children are able to attend.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is parking on the left side of the venue. There will be attendants/signage to guide your way

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We are hosting a Welcome Party the evening before the wedding to say hello to all our our of town family and friends before the big day! We would love to see you there! Pusser's Bar & Grille Rooftop 6pm 816 Highway A1A N, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request your arrive to the venue 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. If you arrive late, we kindly ask that you view the ceremony from the welcome area.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Do to the location of our venue, hotel availability in the immediate area is scarce. If distance to the venue is not important, we recommend our beaches or Amelia Island for your stay. If you are wanting to stay close to the venue for your accommodations, any of the JAX Airport hotels are only 15-20 minutes from the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We do not have transportation to the venue. Please plan accordingly.

Is the ceremony indoor or outdoors.
Answer
Our ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors. The reception is indoors. While there is shade provided by the stunning Spanish Oak Trees, please note May weather can be warmer here in Florida. Heel covers will be provided for those who need it in our welcome location.

What is the weather like in May?
Answer
We would love to give you a definite answer to this question, however Florida does not abide by the rules of mother nature. Our May weather can vary from cool 67 to mid 80s.
