The Max Retropub is a popular 80s/90s-themed bar in Tulsa's Blue Dome District, known for its retro arcade games, pinball machines, and nostalgic atmosphere. It offers a variety of classic games like Pac-Man, Galaga, and Tron, along with themed drinks, craft beers, and "gourmet junk food" like unique hot dogs. The pub hosts regular events, including trivia nights, tournament nights, and themed specials, and is a 21+ establishment. We love the frozen Irish coffee (with the souvenir cup) and the slimer shots! They also have a lot of non alcoholic options for our friends and family who don’t drink.
This park is hands down our most favorite place to visit as a family. The park is absolutely massive but fun for everyone, the playgrounds are beautiful, very creative and so much fun to play on! All of riverside is gorgeous in the fall and it is the perfect weather to look at all the fall foliage while getting a walk or bike ride in or letting the kids explore, play , and take the best nap of their entire life’s! Wear comfortable walking shoes (thank us later), and a fully charged phone or camera you’ll want to take pictures.
Our go to date spot when we’re craving Italian. It is so good you won’t regret it! It’s family owned and local. Me and Cody recommend the Chicken pesto pasta or the Pomodoro.
For my northern family coming down who want to try southern food, this is the best place to do it! Locally owned by the sweetest lady named Carla who is from New Orleans ,and it’s delicious! They have a good variety on their menu and even have a coffee shop inside (French Quarter Coffee Company , try the Le Feu mocha with a chocolate or blue berry croissant!)
They just remodeled the site for Route 66’s centennial celebration so even if you’ve been through before we would still suggest stoping by and seeing it . The gift shop is brand new and let’s be honest who doesn’t want a picture with the pretty fall trees and the most famous blue whale in America .
