We’re getting married!

Who would have thought true love was only a few streets down?! Lauren and Hayden started out as childhood friends, living in the same neighborhood for most of their lives. They eventually went their seperate ways through highschool and college but their paths crossed again when they were both asked to lead a highschool internship at their local church summer 2017. Over that summer Hayden developed feelings for Lauren but kept quiet because he did not think it was the right time to tell her. Summer turned to fall and Haydens secret feelings continued to grow as their rekindled friendship thrived. By December he couldn’t keep it to himself any longer. He asked her to meet him at the PJ’s in front of their neighborhood one morning and boldly poured out his heart. While she appreciated him sharing how he felt, Lauren wanted to remain just friends and did not see them being anything more. Hayden made it clear that he believed they could have an amazing future together and told her that the ball was in her court if she ever wanted to give their relationship a shot. They went their seperate ways again but eight months later they found themselves working in the same department and this time Lauren was the one who developed the crush. She knew she had already turned him down and that it might be too late but she went for it anyway. She said her favorite part of the conversation was when his jaw dropped to the floor, he never thought she was going to open up that door again. Their dating relationship began on September 24th, 2018 and on November 4th, 2019 he got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife. This is only the beginning for Hayden and Lauren. The best is yet to come.
