When should I RSVP by?

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have only invited kids over the age of 10 for safety reasons. Enjoy your weekend away and thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm. Please arrive early enough to give yourself time to park and find a seat.

Will a shuttle be provided?

Answer

A shuttle service will be provided on Saturday to and from the following hotels. The shuttle will be running from 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm - 1:00 am. What transportation services are available?

Answer

A shuttle service will not be provided on Thursday, Friday, or Sunday. Please make sure to coordinate safe travel arrangements keeping in mind that ride-sharing apps such as Uber and Lyft will be difficult to book up north. Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, plenty of complimentary parking is available.

Who can use the Resort’s Amenities?

Answer

All of our guests can use the resort’s amenities all weekend, even those who are not staying there! This includes the outdoor pool, pontoon boat, beach volleyball, pickle ball, paddle boards, canoes, kayaks, corn hole, shuffleboard, and beach bonfire pit. BOATERS! Please enjoy the pontoon :)

Are we keeping the party going after the reception?

Yes! For anyone interested in joining us, we will be hanging out at the bonfire on the beach after the reception ends!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Pre-Wedding Game Day (Thursday) – Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees. Welcome Party (Friday) – Casual Cocktail Attire: Wear sundresses and collared shirts. Wedding Day (Saturday) – Formal Cocktail Attire: Dress to impress! Wear suits, gowns, and cocktail dresses.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding will take place outdoors. Ladies, be mindful when choosing footwear that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place on the lawn!

What kind of weather is expected?

Answer

Typical September weather in Northern Michigan is 60-70 degrees throughout the day, and 50-60 degrees at night. We do have heaters available to us in the event that we need them.
