We recommend booking a hotel or Airbnb as soon as possible due to limited availability and high demand for travel and events in the Newport area during this time of year. The Newport Seafood Festival will also be taking place on Bowen's Wharf this same weekend (October 18-19, 2025), which is unfortunately having an impact on hotel pricing as we get closer to October. The closest hotel options to the Wedding Reception venue will be the Atlantic Beach Hotel, Newport Beach Hotel, followed by the Wyndham Newport Hotel. Current online pricing as of end of Feb 2025 at the Atlantic Beach Hotel was ~$380/night. There are online discounts available for AAA members, and Seniors age 65+. As of looking at pricing at start of March 2025, we are seeing room rates range from $250 - $400 before taxes, depending on hotel. Some of these hotel options are listed below (e.g., Artful Lodger Inn). More economical hotel options are in Middletown, approximately 8-10 minute drive or rideshare from the Reception venue. These include the Sonesta Select Newport Middletown (3-star), Quality Inn & Suites (2-star), and Days Inn by Wyndham (2-star). As of looking at pricing at start of March 2025, we are seeing room rates starting around $310 per night before taxes at these hotels. Some of these options are listed below.

Right near the Newport Beaches (Easton and Atlantic) and across the street from the Wedding Reception venue and After-Party location. 15-20 minute walk down the beach to the Cliff Walk, and a 40 minute walk or short ride (<5 min) to downtown Newport. Discounted rates for Wyndham Rewards members (it's free and easy to signup). ---- Update May 2025: availability starting to get slim and rates creeping up to~$440 - $530 per night.

Located on outskirts of downtown Newport and near Middletown border. ~8-10 minute drive to downtown Newport and Wedding Reception venue. Variety of room options and offers room rate discounts for non-refundable deposits at booking. ---- Update May 2025: seeing non-refundable rates with deposit as low as $244/night (before taxes and before a $25/night additional fee). Located within ~1-1.3 Mile walking distance of downtown Newport venues, museums, restaurants, and attractions. 20 minutes to Bar & Board Bistro, 25 min to Cliff Walk and The Breakers. Otherwise, 5-7 min to everything. 7 min ride to reception venue. ---- Update May 2025: seeing 2 rooms available for Friday-Saturday, an additional room for Saturday only. Rates around ~$260/night before taxes.
