What is the RSVP deadline?

Bella Collina Mansion 9500 Mt. Carmel Road, Stokesdale, NC 27357 The venue is located in a remote area, and we highly encourage you to download offline directions in the event your GPS navigation does not work.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Guest seating begins at 4:00 p.m. No one will be seated after 4:15 p.m. Late guests will be redirected and required to wait until the ceremony ends to join in our celebration of love. Please allow yourself sufficient travel time!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Ceremony and Reception: Cocktail or Semi-Formal Attire (suit, cocktail dress, etc). NO jeans/denim or athletic wear, please! Other Events: Please refer to the schedule for dress code information.

May I bring a "plus one?"

Answer

Seating is limited - only guests specifically indicated on your invitation may attend. Please do not bring unexpected extra guests who have not been invited by the Bride and Groom. Thank you for your support and understanding!

Are children able to attend?

Answer

We do love children, however all events, including the wedding ceremony and reception are for adults only. The sole exceptions are children of/in the wedding party and their siblings.

Will the wedding events be held outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place on the lawn, cocktail hour will be hosted on the ground floor patio, and the reception will mainly be hosted on the covered verandah and deck. In the event of rain or inclement weather, all events will take place indoors.

What is an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

At 4:20 p.m., all guests are asked to put away and silence their phones, cameras, and other electronic devices. Instead of taking your own photos and videos, you are asked to "unplug" and be present in the moment. The best present you can give us is your presence! We promise to share the amazing pictures our photographer will capture during our special day, and you are more than welcome to take pictures before and after the ceremony. Please share your pre/post ceremony pictures and videos by uploading to: weduploader.com/upload/Umo4O4fmR10ouKhU. You may also use our hashtag #BoToneExperience24 to post to social media channels.

Will transportation be provided to guests?

Answer

Courtesy roundtrip van transportation is available to a limited number of guests (first come, first served). (Please note: Car service such as Uber/Lyft will NOT pick up from Bella Collina Mansion after sunset. Vans are NOT equipped with wheelchair lifts). FRIDAY EVENTS: (17 guest maximum) One time courtesy roundtrip transportation will be provided for a limited number of guests, first come, first served. Guests may also carpool. SATURDAY EVENTS: To avoid missing a shuttle, you MUST BE seated on the van at the specified time and location as indicated below: VAN 1: (14 person maximum) 3:15 p.m. - Guests seated and departure from Embassy Suites Greensboro Airport 8:45 p.m. - Van departs Bella Collina Mansion with drop off at Embassy Suites and Courtyard. VAN 2: (14 person max) 3:15 p.m. - Guest seated and departure from Courtyard by Marriott Greensboro Airport 9:45 p.m. - Van departs Bella Collina Mansion with drop off at Embassy Suites and Courtyard. Van 3 (HAMPTON INN GUESTS ONLY): 3:15 p.m. - Guest seated for departure from Hampton Inn Greensboro Airport only. 9:15 p.m. - Van departs Bella Collina Mansion with drop off at Hampton Inn Greensboro Airport only.

Is parking available for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, complimentary parking is available on-site (gravel lot). Guests with mobility issues may be dropped off at the front of the mansion.

Where may I find information about hotel reservations and travel?

Answer

The hotel room block deadline was April 15 and is no longer available. Please click the "Travel" tab for details on hotels as well as airport information. If the accommodations listed do not meet your individual preferences or budget, you are welcome to choose lodging on your own. We highly encourage you to confirm the location and travel time to Bella Collina Mansion prior to finalizing overnight accommodations not listed on the "Travel" page.

Question

I use a walker or wheelchair for mobility. What do I do?

Answer

For hotel accommodations, please contact the hotel directly and ask for the room that best fits your accessibility needs. The mansion has an elevator available, and guests with mobility issues may be dropped off in front of the mansion. Please ask the staff for assistance with the elevator when you arrive. The shuttles are not equipped with wheelchair lifts, so please plan to use your own transportation.
