Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by January 4,2027. Formal invitations will follow, but feel free to respond anytime once you receive your Save the Date! It will help us stay organized and make the best experience possible for everyone attending.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no little ones on this night. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun weekend!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request you wear Spring Black Tie/Formal attire to match our romantic, chic, and classic evening planned for you all. We encourage everyone to dress to impress while (there is no outshining the BRIDE, don't worry!) keeping in mind the venue’s vibe and weather. If you’re unsure of what to wear - it’s always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed! Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white.

Question

Need a dress?

Answer

Come to New York Lace!! Kiara & Dolores would love to help you shop!!

Question

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to arrive at 4:30 PM to grab a welcome drink, find their seats and settle in. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, and we wouldn’t want you to miss a single moment. (Plus who doesn’t love a little pre-wedding anticipation?)

Question

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dance floor will be outdoor, the eating area will be covered. The ceremony is on grass, so please be cautious wearing heels.

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the Hilton hotel for guests who prefer not to drive. Ubers and Lyfts are also widely available in Miami and make getting around easy.

Question

Can I park overnight at the venue?

Answer

Yes, overnight parking is allowed! Guests can leave their vehicles overnight and pick up the next day as needed.
