Our Story
Amy & Mitchell’s story begins one fateful day at Stagecoach 2019. Amy’s friend told a liquid-courage infused Mitchell “My friend Amy thinks you are cute”. After that, all stops were off and Mitchell made his move. They spent the day singing and dancing to Luke Combs. During the final song, Mitchell made a leap and leaned in for a kiss. The two were inseparable; the sparks had begun to fly.
The relationship started off as long distance; Amy lived at home and Mitchell in Newport. They did long distance for a year until Amy decided it was time to move closer to Mitchell (she would not admit she moved for a boy).
With Amy in Newport, they were again, inseparable. Beach days, golf carting and traveling the world all lead to them falling deeper in love. After 3 years of adventures, Mitchell decided to take the biggest leap yet and buy a ring for the woman of his dreams. On 12/30/22, Mitchell asked Amy if she would spend the rest of her life with him. SHE SAID YES!
