11am- Ceremony Begins
Reception at 11:30 while the Bride/Groom & Family photos Passed Hors D'oeuvre's and served Brunch buffet (per venue policy no one may bring their own liquor and any alcohol must be served by the bartenders)
Open Bar will Close at 3 PM
Farewell with Bubbles 3:30- 4 PM 
Guests are expected to vacate the venue by 4 PM 
**Please remember that it is Colorado and our weather can be unpredictable. Rain, snow, shine, the ceremony will be held outdoors. Some blankets will be available to cozy up. **

The Map above was provided by the venue coordinator. Everyone may start to arrive around 10 am. Anyone can park in either VIP parking areas. If parking in the the VIP for the stables, there will be a golf cart with a driver, to bring guests to the barn. Guests are able to leave vehicles overnight.  Area 6 will be where the ceremony and reception are held Area 7 -where the bride will be getting ready 
Area 8 -where the groom will be getting ready & is a smoker friendly spot
