One shuttle will be at each hotel. They will start loading at 3:45pm and will be departing at 4:00pm,

Be sure to wear comfortable shoes. The venue is all outside, so you will be walking through stones and grass.

There is plenty of parking for everyone. Also, there will be shuttles leaving from both hotels to take you both to and from the venue.
