Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request formal attire, mainly ties with button downs, long cocktail dresses, or gowns; We recommend suits and floor-length gowns, but both are optional. If you're wondering what colors you might want to avoid, the wedding entourage will be wearing lavender, wine/burgundy, dark mauve, and espresso. Please leave the white for the bride <3

Are kids welcome?

As much as we LOVE your kiddos, we are unfortunately only allowing the children that are part of the wedding entourage to come to the reception. We hope you'll be able to take the night off and celebrate with us!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The food will be buffet style and have multiple options, so we are not technically making special accommodations, but if there is anything you are very concerned about, please let us know :)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

CEREMONY: The church for the ceremony has plenty of parking! There is a large parking lot behind the gates, a small parking lot outside the gates, as well as (usually) plenty of street parking. RECEPTION: We do highly recommend carpooling at least to the reception, however there is plenty of street parking around the venue, some in residential areas. On lajollabythesea.com, you can find a list of multiple parking structures, valet services, and reserved parking all around La Jolla (some structures are about $5/day).
