What is Happening with the Parade?

Answer

Please be aware that the Scituate St. Patrick’s Day parade was moved to the day of the wedding, 4/12, and will occur from approximately 1 PM - 3:30 PM. Roads along the parade route will close around 10am. This will block the main route to the Barker House. Please leave extra time for detours around the parade. A map of the parade route is displayed on the bottom of the Home tab. One of many possible alternate routes, other than that shown in the map, is to put in directions to Cosmos Cafe in Scituate, then to the Barker House from there.

Our chosen colors are burgundy and navy/midnight blue. Please avoid wearing white and burgundy, thank you!

Is There a Room Block?

Answer

Yes, there is a room block for Best Western Rockland located approximately 20-25 minutes from the Barker House. To secure the rate, reservations must be made before *March 14th*. The block offers a mix of room configurations with either 1-bed or 2-beds. The reserved dates are for check-in on Saturday, April 11 and check-out Monday, April 13. Time & Place?

The location is The Barker House by Wedgewood Weddings, previously The Barker Tavern, situated on Barker Road, just off of Jericho Road. The ceremony is set to begin at 4:00 PM so please arrive by 3:30 PM, thank you!

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

Please see the "RSVP" tab in the menu at the top of the page. Then, please enter the names of the guest(s) you would like to submit an RSVP for. The next pages will allow you to RSVP for each event.

How Do I know a Registry Item Has Not Been Bought?

Answer

If you buy one of the items on the registry through the website (Zola), you will receive a confirmation email from Zola. Please fill that out to confirm the purchase through the link so others know it has been bought. Thank you!

What About Allergies?

The venue kitchen is peanut-free, but please let us know of any allergies (even a peanut allergy).
