Please arrive at City Hall by 12:45 PM. Be sure to allow enough time for parking, walking, passing through security (including a metal detector), and reaching the Fourth Floor Balcony. Guests will be allowed into the ceremony at 1:00 PM.
Our wedding dress code is semi-formal. No tuxes, no jeans. If you don’t own a blazer, don't buy one. If you do, wear it! We recommend cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, or dressy separates. If you prefer pants, tailored trousers with a nice blouse work too. It's important to us that our guests feel comfortable! We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing white or ivory dresses or separates. While you’re not required to follow our color palette, if you’d like to coordinate, feel free to reach out to Sam for the details! Since San Francisco weather can be unpredictable, we suggest bringing layers just in case. The courtyard has uneven paved brick, so please keep that in mind when choosing your shoes.
The ceremony will take place indoors at San Francisco City Hall on the Fourth Floor Balcony. The reception dinner will be outdoors in the courtyard at Stable Cafe. The courtyard has uneven paved brick, so please consider this when choosing your shoes. Since San Francisco weather can be unpredictable, we recommend bringing layers just in case.
San Francisco City Hall does not have its own dedicated parking, but there are several nearby parking garages and street parking options. You can find more details on parking and directions here: https://www.sfcityhallevents.org/directions-parking/ Be sure to allow extra time for parking, walking to the entrance, and passing through security. Also, avoid leaving valuables in your car.
Parking at Stable Cafe is very limited. Street parking is available, but we recommend taking BART, using a rideshare service, or carpooling. If you do drive, please allow extra time to find parking and avoid leaving valuables visible in your vehicle.
For dinner, we will have vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options available. Beer and wine will be served, but please note that no hard liquor is allowed on-site.
