Please RSVP by May 1, 2027
We’re excited to host a backyard wedding at the Borbas Residence, celebrating across different spaces throughout the day— from a barn ceremony, to cocktail hour on the front porch and lawn, to a tented reception under the stars. And of course, no Borbas party would be complete without a fire pit!
Yes! The dress code is Colorful Cocktail. Come dressed festive, vibrant, and ready to celebrate. Bright colors, playful prints, and joyful looks are warmly encouraged— but most of all, wear something you feel comfortable and joyful in.
Valet parking will be available at the base of the driveway, with a golf cart shuttle bringing guests up the hill for comfort and accessibility. Because the hill is steep, we wanted to make arrival easy for everyone. If you have mobility needs we may be unaware of or would benefit from additional accommodations, please let us know how we can make the day as easy and comfortable as possible for you.
We’ll be serving a buffet-style Italian appetizers and entrees with a variety of options. We want everyone to enjoy dinner, so if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in your RSVP or reach out so we can plan accordingly.
While we love your little ones, we’re keeping the celebration limited to children in the bridal party and immediate family.
Like any great wedding: vows, food, dancing, and happy tears… just with two brides, double the fun! There may be a few traditions with our own spin on them, but mostly expect a heartfelt, fun-filled celebration full of joy. Friendly reminder: we have a no-jerk policy— this is an inclusive celebration of love, and we ask guests to come with kindness, respect, and good energy for everyone attending.
If you’re feeling sick, please rest and join us in spirit from home. Since this is a close celebration with a few immunocompromised guests in attendance, please be mindful of germs so we can keep the day as safe and comfortable as possible for all.
Because we’re celebrating outdoors on a natural property, there may be bugs (including ticks) in grassy or wooded areas, so please be mindful to check yourself after the event. The grounds can be uneven, with some walking between spaces. We recommend choosing shoes that are comfortable enough for grass and walking (heels are welcome, just keep the terrain in mind). Bug spray and citronella candles will be available throughout the property, and lighting will be provided as it gets dark.
