Question

How do I book my trip?

Answer

You have two options: 1. We've made the arrangements through Sunwing. Our Sunwing travel "human" has graciously offered up her contact details so that all you fine folks can book the trip of a lifetime. Jacinth (Jay) Williams Email: jwilliams@sunwing.ca Phone: 1 866 344 9464, ext 6160 Make sure you mention "Anett and Basanth's Wedding" so that Jay can book your rooms/flights accordingly. 2. If you feel you can get a better rate on a flight and resort, you are free to use this option. Websites like Expedia, Hopper, etc. can be used. Although you may find a cheaper rate, have in mind that the resort has the following stipulations: 1. The couple and 80% of your guests must stay at the Riu hotel where the wedding will be performed. 2. Guests staying at another hotel chain will have to cover the cost of a day pass to attend the ceremony and dinner (approx $100 USD)

How much will this cost me?

Answer

Single rate - $1518 Double rate - $1278 Triple rate - $1248 All rates are in CAD, inclusive of taxes and per "human body" (I think animals are rated differently... I think?). The rate includes: 1. Resort suite (7 days) 2. Flight 3. Food 4. Booze (especially important) 5. Airport transfers 6. Our wedding! But not inclusive of enthusiasm - you have to bring that.

When should I be booking everything?

Answer

1. Deposit - $150 per person (non-refundable); due by Dec 22, 2019 2. Final payment - $ amount determined by which of the suite options you pick; due by Mar 21, 2020 All amounts quoted are in CAD.
