Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Party Theme. Florals, pastels, boho/whimsical, sundresses. No suit jackets or tie required, but please do not wear jeans. Most of the ground is uneven or on gravel/turf so wear something you will be comfortable in!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We will be having woodfired pizzas, pasta salad, charcuterie boards, and regular salad. Vegan and non vegan options will be provided for everything. Dessert will be chocolate chip and sugar cookies and vanilla and chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese icing. If you have any questions/concerns don't hesitate to call/text! Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking area next to the house where guests will park. Additionally, there will be someone directing cars where to park. There is no paved parking lots or walkways so if you need assistance let us know and it will be provided!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a bus that transports guests/family and the wedding party to and from the Best Western Executive Inn 1.5 hours before the ceremony and 1.5 hours before the end of the wedding (11 pm)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4 pm so we suggest arriving no later than 30 minutes before to allow time for parking and walking. It's a short walk from the parking area to the ceremony area but it is very beautiful so allow time for pictures if you want them!
