Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP under the “RSVP” tab on our website. Kindly RSVP by August 5th as we will have to turn in our final head count to our vendors at that time.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! Unfortunately due to space restraints, we’ve only been able to extend invites to the children of our immediate family and wedding party. We hope you can understand.

Is there a reserved hotel block?

Answer

Yes, for more information regarding our hotel block, please visit the "Travel" section of our website. If you are planning on using our hotel block, please contact the hotel as soon as possible. Since our wedding is right after Labor Day weekend and during a large local event, rooms will fill quickly.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal attire. We recommend dress slacks and dress shirts for the gentleman and cocktail dresses or maxi dresses for the ladies. Please no jeans!

Where will the wedding take place?

Answer

Our venue is located on top of a mountain in Pigeon Forge. Our ceremony will take place on a patio outside overlooking the mountains while our reception will be located inside the grand hall.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately we are unable to provide transportation to and from the hotel. Our shuttle will pick up our guests at Smoky Mountain Zipline and transport them to our venue. Please check back after August 15th for more information.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Unfortunately there is no parking available at our venue for wedding guests. Please check back after August 15th for current information regarding our shuttle.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged wedding ceremony which means we are asking that all guests turn their phones off for the entire duration of the ceremony to be present with us. Guests can take as many photos during the reception as they please. We have booked an amazing photographer and videographer and will be sure to share their work with you as soon as we receive it!
