Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Check out the Travel page for hotel information. Some family may have access to a local AirBnB from October 29 - November 1, 2026. Below is a link for hotel recommendations. When should I rsvp by?

Please RSVP by August 2026. Save the dates went our in April & invites will go out mid 2026.

When will the Save-The-Dates be sent?

Update- March 29th: These are being sent out! You can start to look for them in the mail the first week of April. If you haven't received it in the mail, please contact Katie or Ryan to correct your address.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
3:30 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4 pm.

Can I wear my Halloween costume to the wedding?
Answer
We ask that all costumes be saved for after the ceremony & professional photos with our photographer are taken. We are planning a masquerade party to celebrate our nuptials. Restrooms are on-site for a quick change.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Due to limitations on the venue, we ask that you only bring a guest if it is listed on your invitation.

What footwear is acceptable at the venue?
Answer
There are dirt roads and cobblestone when parking at the venue. There are stairs you will need to walk down to the ceremony location, very close to the parking area. You will need to make a short walk from the ceremony space to the dinner location. Stiletto heels are NOT recommended. Try a block heel or a wedge heel instead.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes! We have ordered a kids' menu for those 12 and under. Plus, everything is totally acceptable for little ones. We encourage you to dress up in Halloween costumes after the photos are taken, after the ceremony. There will be candy for the children to trick-or-treat. Those details will be updated soon.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of space on the property. No fees.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
No, we are not providing transportation, but the lodging, which is about 5 to 20 minutes away.

Answer
Cancun, Moon Palace! Leaving California on Monday, November 2nd, 2026, for one week.
