-Chicken Saltimbocca: boneless chicken breast is topped with fresh sage and thinly sliced prosciutto, sauteed, and finished with a tomato demi-glace.
-Sliced and fanned seasoned tenderloin of beef served with cabernet sauce, served medium-rare/medium.
-Mediterranean salmon- seasoned grilled salmon with a melange of sauteed vegetables, topped with rustic pesto and a balsamic reduction.
-Roasted vegetable strudel-seasoned roasted vegetables served in flaky puff pastry with fire-roasted red pepper sauce.
