From Taco Bell trips, to becoming regulars at the local bookstores, and Mario Party video game nights-- As roommates, these two "peas in a pod" have been through it all!

Taylor and Michelle go way back-- nearly 30 years! Growing up together, Michelle and Taylor had their inside jokes, funny dance moves, and their own language. These two have been through life in New York and Alabama. Even though these two don't live in the same state anymore, that doesn't stop them from random facetimes or sending tiktoks in the middle of the work day (don't tell our bosses)! From our inside jokes to countless Starbucks runs to Sister Weekends and more-- there's no one I'd rather have as my sister and my matron of honor!
Colin Ryan

Few know Patrick's art school days better than Colin-- after all, that's where they met! After bonding over similar artistic interests, these two quickly became friends that extended beyond the classroom. Colin and Patrick frequently find time to watch the latest Marvel movie together (with their friend James) while expanding their never-ending catalogue of inside jokes!
Jacelyn Lever

Jacelyn and Taylor have always had each others' backs-- starting from a laboratory at UAB in medical school where one fateful day they decided to leave early (hehe) and get tacos at the local taco joint! Since then, an embarrassing number of tacos have been consumed and their friendship grew to include trips together, sleepovers, Dungeons and Dragons, and now being in each others' weddings!

While Patrick and Ash were friends in high school, working together in E-Commerce has strengthened their friendship. It's not uncommon to find Ash and Patrick drawing and doodling at the local Boba Tea place (that is, when we aren't all going to dinner together!). Fun fact: Ash was one of the first people who knew Patrick was smitten for Taylor!
Olivia Parker

COVID Lockdown was a tumultuous time for everyone... but it was some of the best times thanks to Olivia! Quickly becoming lifelong friends, these two spent nearly every day together playing video games, watching movies, making DELICIOUS meals (ok fine it was Charlie who did the cooking), and screaming at each other playing Overcooked! Even during residency, Olivia and Taylor have maintained their Overcooked obsession.
Justin Johnson

Patrick met Justin through a gamenight at Ash's house and since then, Justin has become a fast friend! Taylor first met Justin and Ash at a burger sushi place and immediately said "oh they are AWESOME!". Since then, there have been countless double dates and the four have started a dungeons and dragons campaign together (kudos to Justin for being the best DM!).
Leslie Denson

After meeting in Pediatric Residency in Virginia, Leslie and Taylor quickly became best of friends with endless sushi nights, Lord of the Rings movie marathons (extended edition only, duh), and memes! Despite living in different states during fellowship, Leslie and Taylor still communicate through their preferred love language: sending memes, audio messages, and TikTok's to support each other.
Jonathon Savoy

UAH probably regrets hiring Jonathon and Taylor for the tutoring center. After meeting there, it was quickly known that these two hooligans would be lifelong friends. From tutoring, to stealing Panda Express from each other (you still owe me money for that, Jonathon), to listening to Skrillex's newest music drop, to playing Bloons Tower Defense for hours, eating way too much salsa, making Spongebob jokes, and calling each other weekly- this friendship has grown to include Jonathon's wonderful wife, Reide (who also enjoys participating in the shenanigans though she probably won't admit it) and now Patrick! We are truly honored to have such a wonderful person as a friend to both of us and we are blessed to have him be our officiant at our wedding!
