Cocktail Attire
Ceremony: 2-2:30pm Cocktails: 2:30-4pm Reception: 4-11pm Our venue sits on top of a steep driveway with parking available for guests at the bottom. For guests who choose to drive to the venue and park at the bottom of the driveway, there will be Henderson Acres staff shuttling guests to the top of the driveway. Because parking is limited, guests are encouraged to take one of the provided shuttles to the venue. If you’re not staying at one of these two hotels, you can drive to the hotels, park there, and hop on a shuttle. Here are the pick up times & locations: Pick up at Crowne Plaza (1 Resort Drive): 12:30pm Pick ups at the Fairfield Inn (25 Fairfield Approach Drive): 12:30pm 12:45pm For departure at the end of the evening, the shuttles will return at 8pm and make staggered exits until 1:30am. You can board any shuttle and request to be dropped off at the Crowne Plaza or the Fairfield, where the shuttles will be making their stops. Ubers to and from the venue are also an option!
