Where should we park?

There is plenty of FREE open parking in the lot of the venue’s plaza.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

INDOOR! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be indoors.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES! We will have an open bar supplying drinks all night long. Don’t forget to tip the bartender.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. Any unexpected guests will be denied entry. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out! Communication is key.

Are the ceremony & reception in the same place?

Answer

YES! Both will take place at La Villa Event Venue in North Houston. The cocktail hour and reception will take place right after the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Black-tie optional / Semi Formal

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Arriving to the venue on time is crucial as entry will not be permitted once the ceremony begins. Doors open at 2:30pm and will close at 3:15 to prevent any interruptions to the brides’ on their special day.

If I’m coming from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

Houston has an abundance of hotels & AirBnbs to choose from! We recommend staying downtown, near the venue (Willowbrook Mall area), or near the IAH airport. Uber & Lyft are conveniently available to transport you to and from the event location. REMEMBER: Houston traffic can be hefty, so please plan accordingly!
