What are the travel dates for the couple?
Answer
The couple will be staying from August 10–16, 2025. However, guests are welcome to customize their stay and are not required to stay for the entire duration. The resort REQUIRES a minimum of 4 night stay for all guest.

Can I request a room with two double beds at the resort?
Answer
We highly recommend guest to book the One Bedroom Suite (Outdoor Jacuzzi Family Friendly) , some room categories at the resort offer an option for two double beds. However, please note that bed type is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Be sure to review the descriptions under each room category below to understand the available options.

What are the inclusions in the wedding travel packages?
Answer
Wedding travel accommodations include: Round-trip transportation Travel protection ($99) covers refund in form of a travel voucher (guest can upgrade travel protection coverage for $50, for the option to return refund to original form of payment).

Is there a resort fee if we book outside of the selected resort?
Answer
If you have wedding guests who will not be staying at the resort, they’ll need to purchase a pass for the day of the wedding. These passes are valid from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Arrangements for these guests must be done at least 72 hours prior to their visit. You will need to provide their full names and payment details, and they will need to bring a passport or valid ID to enter the resort. • Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres $140 USD per person
