Do guests staying at an Airbnb or off-site need a pass?

Answer

Yes. If you are staying off-site (such as an Airbnb), please note that the venue requires a pass for access. Guests may purchase a day pass to visit the property or a night pass for the day of the wedding. The night pass for the wedding day is $100. We recommend arranging this in advance to ensure a smooth experience!

How long should I stay?

Answer

Guests may stay for any number of days. The main wedding celebration will be on Wednesday, July 21, 2027.

Am I paying anything right now?

Answer

No payment is taken now. Your stay is paid at the hotel when you arrive.

How do I RSVP and get the wedding hotel rate?

Answer

We’re using one simple form for both RSVP and hotel rooms. Please fill it out here: https://share-na2.hsforms.com/1hW2eYQ5YTtqJv8Zone4Iag40exb2 That’s the only place you need to go. No separate hotel booking needed.

Is this an all-inclusive resort?

Answer

Yes! Your stay includes all meals, snacks, drinks, beach and pool access, and resort activities. So most of your food and fun are already covered!

What if my plans change?

Answer

Rooms booked through our group are fully refundable based on the hotel policy — so you’re safe to reserve now and adjust later if needed.

What happens after I submit the form?

After you send it in, you’ll contact Oscar (his info is inside the form). He’ll take your card details to hold your room.

I saw older info about special day discounts — is that still valid?

No — please ignore any earlier posted hotel discount details. The form link is the updated and correct way to reserve your room.
