The Ceremony will be held outdoors in Oak Grove located behind the Harbourside Golf Pro Shop. Please note... it is not located in the main resort area, it is about a 5-10 minute drive from the hotel lobby/guest rooms. *Please arrive at least 30 minutes early* Trolley's will pick up from the resort lobby at 4:00pm & 4:15pm. Self-parking and overnight parking is also available.

Cocktail hour will be held on the Harbourside Ballroom Terrace just next to the ceremony. There will be an open bar & hors d'oeuvres with the reception on the lawn to follow. Trolley service back to the resort lobby and downtown Sarasota will begin at 9:00pm with the last shuttle departing at 10:00pm.
