Question

Will cell phones be permitted during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We are requesting all cell phones to be on silent or off and to be completely put away during the ceremony. We have photographers the will capture all of the important details. Please be in the moment with us and not behind your screen.

Parking at the Venue

Answer

You can choose from the following places to park at the venue: Lot B & D, 14th Ave, and Clinton Street. There will be a QR code to scan on the parking signs. Fill out your information, use the code Bone26. It is valid for 24 hours, however the venue does ask that cars left overnight be picked up before 10 am the next day (Sunday, February 22nd).

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Black-tie optional. This is described as you have the flexibility to wear black-tie attire or a slightly less formal, but still very elegant, option. It's essentially a guideline that encourages formal wear without the strict requirement of a tuxedo for men or a floor-length gown for women.

How will tabs be negotiated during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We are having an open bar for all types of drinks. However, please bear in mind to have cash or electronic payment method available to tip our bartenders.

Hotel Block Questions

Answer

Self-parking fees at both hotels is $35/night. Breakfast an additional fee. This is a daily fee; you may come and go as many times as you need. (Many restaurants close by also) Holiday Inn Nashville-Vanderbilt room block breakdown: 10 One-King Standard rooms - $139/night 10 Two-Queen Standard rooms - $139/night Residence Inn Nashville Vanderbilt/West End room block breakdown: 15 Studio Suite w/ a sofa bed - $134/night 5 One-Bedroom Suite - $154/night **Update - 5 of the rooms have been updated to the block rate for Residence Inn for Thursday, February 19th.
