Question
What is the shuttle schedule for the day?
Answer
FAIRFIELD INN: One yellow school bus will depart the hotel at 4:15 to pick up additional guests from Holiday Inn Express, and then arrive at the venue at 4:45. If you miss the shuttle, you are welcome to drive over to Holiday Inn Express to catch the shuttles there by 4:30; or you are welcome drive your car to the venue and leave it overnight if needed (see parking details in next question). HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS: Two yellow school buses will depart at 4:30 to arrive at the venue at 4:45. If you miss the shuttles, you are welcome drive your car to the venue and leave it overnight if needed (see parking details in next question). END OF THE EVENING: One yellow school bus will be shuttling guests back to both hotels starting at the venue at 10 p.m., then continuously from Coakley's Pub until 12 midnight.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is a parking lot, as well as street parking. The address to the parking lot is 233 St. John Street. It is right on the corner of St. John and Green Street. You are welcome to leave your car in the parking lot overnight, but please move your car by 9:30 a.m. on Sunday.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The venue is fully outdoors on the water. Saturday's weather will be sunny with a high of 79 and a low of 56 degrees; and winds from 3 to 10 mph. Most of the venue is paved and you will not need to walk in grass, but there are parts of the venue with grass!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please allow yourself enough time to park and get settled (10-15 minutes) so the ceremony can start at 5 p.m.

How will dinner be served?

Dinner will be a buffet so bring your stretchy pants!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
If you replied vegan or vegetarian on your RSVP, there will be a special dish reserved for you! Most of the other dinner items are gluten, nut, and shellfish free, but please ask any member of the catering staff about allergens for the day.
