When do I need to RSVP by?

We kindly request that you RSVP by May 15, 2024.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, so please arrive and be in your seat by 3:50pm.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space at the venue, please only bring people specified on your invitation.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?
Answer
Our venue does not allow for guests to leave their vehicles at the venue overnight. We kindly request that you consider taking an Uber, or moving your vehicle at the end of the night. If you do leave your vehicle at the venue overnight, you will be charged a fine of $100.

Please wear whatever you are most comfortable in! Our wedding will be very colorful, so a nice summer dress or khakis and a button up shirt will fit in perfectly!

As much as we would love for your children to come, please only bring people specified on your invitation.

What kind of weather should I expect?

There is a very unlikely chance of rain, but it will be summer in Missouri, so be prepared for the heat!

Yes, we will be serving dinner following the ceremony.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Yes, every aspect of the venue is accessible by wheelchair.

Is there lodging nearby?
Answer
We do not have a block of rooms at a specific hotel, but we would highly recommend the Hilton Branson Convention Center or any hotels along the Branson landing. They will all be within a 15-20 minute drive from the venue.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We will have an open bar for a period of time and then it will turn into a cash bar.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Answer
We believe our dinner menu will fit most dietary restrictions, but if you have questions or concerns, please contact Matt, Olivia, Michele, Alan, Bern, or Missy.
