Join us for casual welcome drinks the night before the wedding! We’ll be gathering at The Wick's bar on Thursday evening to raise a glass (or two) with friends and family as we kick off the weekend. Everyone’s invited! Come say hi, meet familiar faces, and ease into the celebration. The hotel is just steps from downtown Hudson, so if you're in the mood to keep the night going, there are plenty of cocktail bars and lounges nearby to explore. Just remember: the wedding is not BYOH (Bring Your Own Hangover)…pace yourselves, party pros.

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, so please arrive early to grab a good seat and settle in before the festivities begin. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm, so consider this your gentle reminder not to be fashionably late! We can’t wait to see you there, ready to celebrate among the fall foliage on the banks of the Hudson, overlooking the Catskills.

We’ll exchange vows surrounded by the beauty of upstate New York, beneath crisp autumn skies, framed by vibrant fall foliage, and overlooking the Hudson River with the Catskills in the distance. This moment means the world to us, and we’re so grateful to share it with the people who mean the most. Expect laughter, maybe a few happy tears, and a celebration that’s as heartfelt as it is unforgettable.

Immediately following the ceremony, we’ll kick off the celebration with a cocktail hour (and a half). Then it’s on to dinner, dancing, and a night full of fun, (bad) dance moves, and good vibes. Expect delicious food, strong drinks, and a DJ that will tempt even the most reluctant dancers onto the floor. Partying is not optional...it’s required. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

When the reception winds down, the party definitely doesn’t stop. Stick around at Basilica for the after party! Same venue, new vibe. There’s no official end time, so dance, sing, snack, and celebrate into the early hours (or until the sun comes up, if you're up for it). Expect some late-night surprises, including karaoke, an open bar, and the kind of drunk food that will make you shed a tear. This one’s for the night owls. Let’s go out with a bang!
