Are you registered? Where?

Will we be inside or outside?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, with an indoor option available in case of inclement weather. The cocktail hour and reception will be hosted in different indoor areas, each featuring attached outdoor patios for guests to enjoy.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our day. Men are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies are encouraged to wear formal dresses or jumpsuits. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 5:00 pm for a pre-ceremony reception with champagne and light hors d’oeuvres.

Can I take pictures or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We would love for you to be fully present with us during the ceremony, so we kindly ask that you refrain from using your phones and cameras during the ceremony. Our professional photographers will capture all the special moments, and we can’t wait to share those with you after the wedding.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we’d love to celebrate with everyone, please review your invitation to see if it includes your children’s names or states your family name. If so, we would love for your whole family to join us. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you make arrangements so you can enjoy the evening with us. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, only those guests whose invitations specifically include a plus one are invited to bring a date. If your invitation does not indicate this, we kindly ask that you attend individually.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please make a note on your RSVP.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

We are providing a shuttle to and from Hotel NoMa and VIP Country Club on the big day! Uber and Lyft are both accessible in the area, and Hotel NoMa has a list of local cab companies for guests who prefer to arrange a ride in advance. The venue, VIP Country Club, is a 7 minute drive from Hotel NoMa. If you plan to drive, VIP Country Club offers complimentary on-site parking. Hotel NoMa also has on-site parking, though fees may apply. Please check with the hotel directly for details.
