Zola travel has negotiated a group rate for all surrounding hotels. If you cannot find a rate that suites you please check out VRBO and Airbnb in the Rome and surrounding areas as we have found decent rates. There are many events going on that weekend. Many quests have expressed interest in sharing accommodations for Airbnbs and VRBO's. If you have any questions about hotels quality, please reach out to Mike and I.

FROM ATLANTA: Take 75 North. Go to Exit 306 and take a left onto HWY 140. Stay on HWY 140 approximately 15 miles until you dead end into HWY 27. Take a right onto HWY 27 and go approximately. 2.5 Miles on Hwy 27 until you see Sikes Storey Road on the left. Turn onto Sikes Storey Road and then make your left onto Big Texas Valley Road. Go 8.9 Miles on Big Texas Valley Road until you reach Fouche Gap Road on the left. Take Fouche Gap Road and The Proctor Farm is the 2nd Driveway on the right. FROM BROAD STREET: (Downtown Rome) From Broad Street ten right onto 2nd Ave. Keep right to Continue on GA-101 N (0.1) Continue onto US-27 N/Martha Berry Blvd NE (11.5 miles) Turn onto Sikes Storey Rd. Take the First left onto Big Texas Valley Rd (8.9 Miles) Turn Left onto Fouche Gap Rd. (2nd drive on the right) FROM CHATTANOOGA: Take 75 south. Go to Exit 306 and take a right onto HWY 140.
