What is the dress code?

Semi-Formal/ Cocktail Attire Yes, nice dark blue or black jeans are accepted. This is a Texas wedding! Feel free to grab your hat and boots while you're at it! Absolutely NO white dresses :)

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
There is free parking available for all guests. There will be parking attendants when you pull in. Just let them know you are attending the Bolton/Pineda wedding and they will show you the way!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be indoors.
Question
Are there room blocks reserved for this wedding weekend?
Answer
Yes, we have a couple room blocks. Please see the Travel tab.

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
This will be a completely UNPLUGGED ceremony. Matt and Elaina would love to be in the moment with all guests without the distraction of trying to get photos/videos. Don't worry, the photographers and videographers will capture everything :)

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
There is a deadline of 07-27-2024. If you DO NOT RSVP by this deadline, it will be an automatic "Decline". Our venue will require a final headcount, and we will absolutely miss you. Please see the RSVP tab to complete. All RSVP's will be done virtually.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Help us get the party started as scheduled! We ask that you arrive no earlier than 4:15 pm and that everyone is seated by 4:45 pm.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
While we love your kids, the venue does have capacity limits. Invitations will be specific & when you RSVP, it will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we do encourage you to use the evening as a fun "night out" for yourselves.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We are so excited to celebrate this day with those closest to us. As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

Will there be an open bar?

Our open bar will be filled with the following: ~Michelob Ultra ~Dos Equis ~Topo Chico Variety ~Truly Wild Berry ~ Vodka ~ Crown ~Jameson ~ Miller Lite ~Bud Lite If you do not drink any of the alcohol above, there will be a cash bar option. *We will have soda and waters available in our open bar for those who prefer a non-alcoholic drink*

Will there be a seating chart?

Yes, there will be a seating chart. It will be displayed in alphabetical order, with the table numbers next to your name. We want to make sure finding your seat is as easy and painless as possible :)
