"How in the world do two people from Wisconsin go all the way to Arizona and then meet each other?" is one of the questions Brandon and Lindsey get asked the most. Well, here is our story. While attending Arizona State University in 2013, Brandon and Lindsey lived at the same student-living apartment complex. Brandon and Lindsey often hung out with mutual friends, and loved to get together to watch their favorite Wisconsin sports teams play. One thing led to another, and Brandon finally got Lindsey's *correct* phone number (IYKYK). In April of 2014, Brandon asked Lindsey on their first official date. Brandon and Lindsey grew closer in the spring of 2014 and at the end of that school year, they decided to make the 24-hour road trip back to Wisconsin together. During that trip, they realized they were in love with one another, and on May 18, 2014, Brandon asked Lindsey to be his girlfriend. Over the past 8 years, Brandon and Lindsey have shared amazing experiences and have truly grown up together. They earned their degrees, moved in together and started their careers, while still prioritizing having fun and adventuring with friends and with one another. Some of Brandon and Lindsey's favorite things they have done include traveling and seeing some of the country's most beautiful places, attending countless concerts and sporting events, and hiking hundreds of miles of Arizona trails. Brandon and Lindsey are currently enjoying life together in Arizona and are so thankful for the beautiful memories they have created. One of the best memories was in September of 2020, when on a vacation to San Diego, Brandon proposed to Lindsey while watching the sunset over the ocean. They are so excited to finally marry one another and to celebrate their love story with their family and friends.
