We kindly ask that guests arrive no later than 2:40 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Please allow extra time if you need to park to be seated before the start of the processional.
Our celebration will be held in a rustic barn setting, so we invite guests to dress in semi-formal to formal attire. The venue is a barn with some slatted flooring, so we suggest shoes with a thicker heel or flats for comfort. Ladies- if possible, stay away from pinks. We would love for our bridesmaids to stand out! If you plan to stay for the after-party, feel free to bring a change of clothes. There will be an area to keep your bags with clothes if you choose not to store them under your table.
We will be providing a shuttle service from the two blocked hotels, the Residence Inn and Hampton Inn, as well as select Airbnbs. The shuttle can take you back to your accommodations following either the reception or the after-party.
Yes, there is parking at the venue. There will be signs to direct you to the designated parking area. Golf carts will be available to escort you from the parking area to the ceremony.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you’ll enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!
We will be having an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. In the event of rain, we will be under a covered pavilion. Please dress accordingly and bring a sweater or light jacket if necessary. The reception will be indoors.
