We have secured two hotel blocks for the weekend at the Residence Inn Richmond Downtown and the Courtyard Richmond Downtown. Both are next to each other and conveniently located—just a 6‑minute walk or 2‑minute drive to the venue.
If these options aren’t the right fit, there are plenty of additional accommodations nearby. Downtown Richmond offers numerous hotels -- and the Fan, Church Hill, and Carytown neighborhoods have a wide selection of homes available on Airbnb and Vrbo.
If you need to fly, just note that Richmond does have an airport (RIC) - be sure to check them out!
