In light of COVID-19, we wanted to check in and let you know your health and safety are our top priority. We’re still figuring things out and will keep you posted about any changes to our wedding. Thank you for your patience!
Yes! We've created a list of experiences and things for our home that we'd love to share together on Zola.
Please let us know your plans by June 15, 2020.
Due to the limitations we put in place for health and safety, please do not extend an invitation to another unless approved in advance. Thank you!
Yes. Our vendors will attempt to accommodate guests' dietary needs. Please indicate with your RSVP or directly with Aaron or Jen by July 7, 2020.
Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. Except for inclement conditions, the ceremony is scheduled to be outside, within feet of the climate-controlled reception venue.
Summer temperatures fluctuate from temperate to humid upper 90's, so dress appropriately and check local weather. (A/C available inside the reception hall. Ceremony will be held outside, weather permitting.)
Not at all! The ceremony will be held just outside of the reception hall.
Please have phones and devices put away and silenced throughout the wedding ceremony. Any other time, absolutely!
Yes! Open bar. Unless otherwise notified, we will have volunteer bartenders whose only payment will be cash tips. Please drink responsibly. Shuttle services through the hotels, ridesharing services (Uber, Lyft), and designated drivers are strongly encouraged. Please coordinate with/ask wedding party members or the appropriate concierge services in advance.
Please check the events page for updates, such as a family breakfast the following morning or activities for guests staying through part of the weekend.
