Were finally getting married!

Trevor and I are high school sweethearts. We met for the first time when we had a World History class together in our sophomore year. We most definitely we not friends and we barely spoke to each other even though we had a presentation to do together. I was new to the school, and a goody two shoes, and Trevor wouldn't stop putting pictures of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles throughout our presentation, so we didn't exactly get along. Fast forward to senior year.. We both had changed SO MUCH at this point we definitely not only looked, but acted like different people entirely. We shared Algebra III Senior year, and about a week into the class we ended up being assigned seats right next to each other. Trevor constantly found a reason to turn around and talk to me, and was thrilled that I am horrible at math so that he could spend all of his time helping me. From that moment on we began building a very strong friendship, which almost immediately turned into a relationship that I will never regret a single day of my life. I don't believe in soulmates, but Trevor and I are absolutely perfect together, and before anything else at the end of the day we are truly each others favorite person and best friend. We are ecstatic to be getting married, and are truly blessed by all of the love and support we have been shown.

August 18, 2018 was a day that changed our lives forever. Trevor and I had been discussing the idea of marriage and throwing around the idea of getting engaged for a while at that point, and I kind of had an idea that something was coming because he had kept "fake proposing" to me on and off for several days. I think he was just nervous and wondering how I would react if he actually did propose to me. Now this particular day we were in our favorite place in Michigan riding jet skis for the first time, and while we were in the middle of the lake by the light house Trevors asks me if I would marry him. Of course I didn't take him seriously because he had fake proposed to me previously so I chuckled and said stop asking until you actually mean it.. and to that he said no I was actually being serious this time.. will you actually marry me? Of course I was extremely surprised and of course I said yes!! Thankfully he didn't have the ring with him on the jet ski. That could have been a disaster LOL!
