Picture it. Fort Wayne, Indiana. A cutie in the lobby of the hotel. Little did we know that despite meeting on tour in the middle of nowhere, we actually lived just down the road from each other back in Michigan. After a few long walks on the beach, drinks, fish and fun, we decided that we liked where this was going. Several years, 20,000+ miles, a dog, and many adventures later, we are proud to announce we are upgrading ourselves to significant annoyances forever.

Of all the places I imagined meeting a partner, Fort Wayne was NOT on my list. But life never goes how you expected. The bright colored hair was my first indication that this was not any ordinary cutie. The second indication was that they could beat my butt in just about any board, card or mental game invented. Seemingly without even trying! With their ability to prove me wrong in the most inspiring ways, I couldn't have planned things would go the way they have. And boy howdy have I enjoyed every minute and I plan to have a lot more minutes in this lifetime with them.

Fort Wayne, Indiana -- Oh wait this is my turn! Traveling with Disney On Ice was crazy important for my growing independence! I've made amazing friends including *Jessica Montierth* who agreed to be part of the wedding tribe. Our group favored dinner and games with friends and a family atmosphere, which lured luke in. Especially when movies were mentioned. For you see Movies are Luke's bread, butter, and rolls. He's got this insanely on-point quirk for information. Several long games of Magic The Gathering, Fluxx, Exploding Kittens, and too many others; Luke was fully initiated into the friend group with a long, late-night beach walk. Where he quickly learned what would be a fact for the rest of his life. Don't challenge KT. Insisting that a Sand Dollar was impossible to find in such a dark walk. I of course found one. :P And our adventure was off. After a Long summer where *Stevie Langdon* (another stunning member of the wedding tribe) and their amazing Husband were kind enough to share space with me. These folks listened to several love-struck conversations through what felt like impossible times. Raising Calamity Jane together, Learning how we fit into each other's lives, seeing both coasts, Mastering more games all while still getting his butt kicked in chess. We've grown our makeshift family to match our values and morals. Since then even random folks of Flordia have seen it! It is us against the problem. Oh boy, am I excited to continue living this story with him.
