To get the hotel block discount rate, please book by April 21st, 2021. Mention the Bohlke/Wagner Wedding when calling. Normal check-in time is 4:00pm, planned ceremony is at 4:30pm. Guests can attempt to check-in to their rooms early on May 22, 2021 however it is first come first serve. If your room is not available for early check-in the shuttle can take you back to the hotel after the ceremony. Due to COVID the hotel will not hold any bags at this time. Hotel distance to venue: 5 miles (10 mins). Can cancel rooms up to 24 hours before the check-in date.
Shuttle

Round trip Shuttle/limo service will be available between Legacy Hill Farm and both hotels. It will start picking up hotel guests at 3:00pm to go to the ceremony/venue. Starting at 8:00pm it will run every hour to bring guests from the venue back to each hotel. Last shuttle leaves at midnight! We highly suggest taking the provided shuttle for your safety and to limit the number of parked vehicles. Any vehicle left overnight at the venue will be towed.
